Spiritual Counseling & Shamanic Reiki

Our spirituality as humans is a divine gift. Yet, we have little-to-no training in how to access this gift and unleash our hidden talents. These one-on-one counseling sessions are aimed to do just that using Shamanic techniques and the energy of Reiki.

Together we will learn to tap in to your spiritual powers and harness your internal wisdom. You will learn to how connect with Universal forces to guide your daily life towards peace and prosperity.

Reiki, (pronounced ray-key), is a spiritually guided life force energy and technique that connects one with life Source. Engaging with the energy of Reiki promotes mindfulness, stress reduction and increased self-confidence.

The practice of Reiki and transfer of light energy assists in physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. It can be accomplished through light touch on or above the body, guided meditation, or body focusing techniques.

Our sessions can also involve the balancing of your chakras. Chakras are the main energy centers of our body. We have thousands of them but traditionally focus on the major seven - Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown. These major seven chakras are tied to so many facets of our lived experience, from physical health and homeostasis, to our creative inspiration and divine connection. In our order to live our most fulfilled experience, our chakras must be cleared from any negative blockages that we (knowingly or unknowingly) have placed there.

Sessions are 60 minutes and generally involve some combination of discussion and meditation, with "homework" assigned afterwards to help apply the principals reviewed. Journaling and crystal work are often incorporated. I encourage new clients sign up for four sessions to start. 

Appointments can be done in the comfort of your own home or online.
